Rookie stockbroker Ryan (Christopher Barnes, The Brady Bunch Movie) has trouble with women. Slick surfer dude Pete (Brad Rowe), who lives in his Volkswagen van on the beach, is good with women but can't seem to commit to just one. Together they're 27-year old best friends living in Miami who each meet the women of their dreams on the same fateful day. Ryan knocks heads literally in an elevator with the gorgeous Jessica (Kristin Richardson), passing out before getting her number. Pete falls for the insatiable and very sexy Italian, Tiara (Krista Allen). There's one big problem; Tiara's Uncle is mob boss Vincent Bublione (Burt Young), and he's been charged with her protection... which means keeping her away from the guys like Pete. With all these girl problems, both guys must find out how far they'll go for true love in this energetic romantic comedy.
